My Story

Explore the Seas with Cruise Ship Compass

Compass

Have you ever thought about cruising but wondered if it’s the right travel fit for you? Questions like “Should I use a travel agent or book my own cruise” ?” “Should I choose a large ship or a smaller one?” “What about the cabin, excursions, and ports?” or “Will I get seasick?” “What are the medical facilities like onboard”? All These questions can make choosing a cruise a bit overwhelming.

Hi, I’m Susan. I live in Canada, I’m a retired RN (with a specialty in Infection Control), and an avid, passionate cruiser.  Over the last two decades I’ve sailed through some incredible destinations, including the Baltics (and Russia), the Mediterranean, Europe, Australia, the Middle East (including Petra, Oman and Dubai), the Panama and Suez Canals, Egypt,  Alaska, and the Caribbean.

With more than 35 cruises under my belt (and more to come), I’m excited to share my unique insights, practical tips, and personal stories from my cruising adventures.

Stay tuned for upcoming posts coming soon!
